To enable your access to the Credo Services through your institution or otherwise, we may collect information about your IP address, your user name and password, email address, or other authentication methods you may provide. We may also collect other information you may provide through comments, feedback, posts or other messages you may provide to us.
Credo may also automatically collect certain non-personally identifiable information in connection with your use of the Credo Services, including type of operating system and browser you are using, content you have viewed and information about your device and internet connection. This information is collected in order to improve and optimize your experience with Credo.
We may also use your personal information to send information about offers Credo feels may be of interest to you. Credo may also send your personal information to third party partners for the purpose of providing the Credo Services to you. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we will not sell your personal information to third parties.

Despite these measures, we recognize that third parties may unlawfully obtain access to this information and therefore do not guarantee that your information will always remain private. In the event we discover or are notified of a security breach where personal information is at risk, to the extent you have provided personal information sufficient to contact you, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible in the manner and time periods required by law. Further, if you have reason to believe that a third party has gained unauthorized access to your information, please contact us immediately at email@example.com.
6. Access, Erasure and Correction
Upon your request to Credo, we will inform you whether we have any of your personal information. If you would like to review, delete or update your information, you may contact us by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon review of that information, you are permitted to correct, amend or delete such information. We will endeavor to fulfill your request within a reasonable timeframe, although some personal information may persist in backup copies for a certain period of time and may be retained as necessary for legitimate business purposes or to comply with legal obligations. In order to correct, amend or delete any of your personal information, you will need to first provide sufficient identifying information to Credo.
We may change this policy from time to time, and if we do we’ll post any changes on this page. If you continue to use Credo after those changes are in effect, you agree to the revised policy. If the changes are significant, we may provide more prominent notice or obtain your consent as required by law.
